You can request deletion of your GAIAS account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Never send us your password, verification code, or payment-card details.
Delete from the GAIAS app
- Open the GAIAS app and sign in.
- Open Account, then scroll to the bottom of Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Type DELETE and confirm the request.

Email us from the address connected to your GAIAS account. Include the name on the account so our privacy team can verify your request.

What will be deleted
We delete or de-identify your profile, saved addresses, saved preferences, and GAIAS Cash Rewards data associated with the account. If the account has order history, Shopify may schedule the remaining erasure after a short recovery period. Information that must be retained for tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or other legal obligations is kept only for the required period.
