How do I launder my Sheets?

We recommend machine washing our Sheets, Quilt Covers, Bolstercase, and Pillowcases on cool or cold with a mild detergent. Dry on low heat, low tumble, and remove promptly from the dryer.

To prevent wrinkling and creasing you can remove the products while they’re still a little damp and smooth them out, then lay them flat to dry. Read our care guide for more information!

What happens if you put detergent directly on top of a Sheet?

In a top-loading machine, pouring detergent directly onto the wad of sheet as the water fills, you’re taking a big risk that the soap will not dissolve and may cause discoloration.

Do your Sheets wrinkle?

Unlike many bedding brands, we don’t use any artificial wrinkle-free chemicals in our sheets, so like any 100% cotton products, your sheets will naturally wrinkle. With every wash and continued use, your sheets will wrinkle less and less.

We recommend hang drying your sheets to prevent significant wrinkling. If you prefer to use a dryer, take your sheets out 5 minutes before the cycle ends and lay them flat to dry.

How much is postage and what’s the delivery time?

Singapore Shipping

  • We ship within Singapore via SF Express. Singapore expedited shipping takes 3–5 working days. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
  • Expected delivery is 3–5 working days, and up to 10 working days for overseas delivery. We aim to deliver your parcel in no time, but unexpected conditions such as shipping restrictions may cause delays.
  • You can track delivery via the courier’s official website.

Shipping within Malaysia (Domestic)

  • Shipping is FREE within Malaysia for purchases above RM 150.00.
  • Estimated delivery time to West Malaysia via DHL is 3–5 working days.
  • Estimated delivery time to East Malaysia is 5–7 working days.
  • Expect delays during festive periods and sales promotion periods.
What is the return policy?

We make exceptional products and fully stand behind their quality. For orders placed on GAIAS’ official website (www.gaiashome.com), you can return most bedsheets and duvets within 100 days, and Riffar bedsheets within 30 days, for a full refund in the original payment form. We only ask that you sleep on it for at least 15–30 days before deciding if it’s right for you.

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5–10 business days for processing and refund issuance. We currently offer Gdex, Pgeon, and Poslaju return labels for all returns (T&C apply).

Please note: This return policy applies only to orders placed on GAIAS’ official website. If you purchased through a third-party platform, returns and refunds are subject to that platform’s policies. GAIAS does not accept returns on international purchases.

Under what conditions is the product non-returnable?
  1. Customised / made-to-order goods and special order items cannot be refunded or exchanged. If delivery has taken place, the refund will exclude delivery charges paid.
  2. Curtain items are strictly non-refundable. You are required to make a complete inspection before purchasing. These items are sold on an “as is, where is” basis.
  3. Items that have been purchased for more than 100 days.
  4. For all pillow series: pillows may not be returned or exchanged, except in the event of a defect as defined in the applicable product.
  5. Any sheet, duvet, or item in a condition of broken, stained, sweat pot, or vandalism is not eligible for return.
  6. Accessories (including towels & bath items) are classified as personal hygiene products and are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable once sold.
  7. Final Sale items marked “last call”, sale, reduced price, clearance, or similar promotions are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long will it take to receive my refund or new item?

Please allow a minimum of 14 working days from the date we receive your return package.

Refunds are based on the actual amount paid — final payment is the amount refunded. Vouchers cannot be converted into cash.

Can I keep the Free Gift with Purchase if I return the order?

Free Gift with Purchase items must be sent back with your order if your return request is for a refund and applies to all items originally ordered. If the Free Gift is not returned, the product value will be deducted from the overall refund. If you are requesting an exchange, there is no need to send back the Free Gift.

How do I make payment?

GAIAS supports iPay88, eWallet, Billplz, Atome, and PayPal. These are among the safest and most reliable online payment gateways, allowing merchants to process online transactions in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) securely. You will see the payment page after clicking the “Check Out” button.

What if I can’t make payment online?

You can choose Bank Deposit at checkout. After payment, send an email to hello@gaiashome.com with your order ID and payment details.
