We recommend machine washing our Sheets, Quilt Covers, Bolstercase, and Pillowcases on cool or cold with a mild detergent. Dry on low heat, low tumble, and remove promptly from the dryer.
To prevent wrinkling and creasing you can remove the products while they’re still a little damp and smooth them out, then lay them flat to dry. Read our blog entry for more information!
In a top-loading machine, pouring detergent directly onto the wad of sheet as the water fills, you're taking a big risk that the soap will not dissolve and cause discoloration
Unlike many bedding brands, we don't use any artificial wrinkle-free chemicals in our sheets, so like any 100% cotton products, your sheets will naturally wrinkle. With every wash and continued use, your sheets will wrinkle less and less.
We recommend hang drying your sheets to prevent significant wrinkling. If you prefer to use a dryer, we recommend taking your sheets out of the dryer 5 minutes before the cycle ends and laying them flat to dry.

- We ship SINGAPORE via Teleport Express , Gd Express and NinjaVan Express. Singapore expedited shipping will take 2-5 working days. Shipping Fees will be calculated upon checkout.
- Expected delivery date are approximately 3-5 working days and up to 10 working days for overseas delivery. We aim to have the parcel delivered in no time and would sometimes be affected by unexpected conditions such as shipping restrictions,

SHIPPING WITHIN MALAYSIA / DOMESTIC FULFILLMENT
- Shipping is FREE within Malaysia for purchases above RM 150.00
- Estimated delivery time to West Malaysia via GD Express and DHL is 2 - 3 working days.
- Estimated delivery time to East Malaysia via GD Express and DHL is 5 - 10 working days.
- Expect delays during festive periods and sales promotion period.
We make exceptional products and fully stand behind their quality. You can return your bedsheet and duvet within 100 days of delivery and receive a full refund in the original payment form. We only ask that you sleep on it for at least 30 days before deciding if it’s right for you.
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for it to be processed and refunded. At this time, we are offering Gdex, Pgeon and Poslaju return labels exclusively for all returns.(T&C apply.) GAIAS does not accept returns on international purchases. 1. Customised/made-to-order goods, special order items, cannot be refunded or exchanged. If delivery has taken place, the refund will exclude delivery charges paid.
2.Curtain item are strictly non-refundable. You are required to make a complete inspection to assess the item before purchasing. These items are sold on "as is, where is" basis.
3. Items that have been purchased for more than 100 days.
4. If purchase our Memory Foam Pillow and Fiber Pillow during Sales "Buy 1 Free 1"may not be returned or exchanged, except in the event of a Defect, as defined in the applicable Product.
5.If any sheet /duvet or item in conditiom of broken, stain & sweat pot or vandalism issue all not eligible for return.
Please allow a minimum of 14 working days from the date we receive your return package.
Refund will based on customer actual paid - Final payment to refund, voucher cannot change into cash term
Free gift with purchase Items must be sent back with your order if your return request is for a refund and is for ALL items originally ordered. If the Free Gift is not returned, the Product value will be deducted from the overall refund due. If you are requesting an exchange there is no need to send back the Free Gift.
