1. The Pass

The Early Bird Pass is priced at RM8.

The Pass is available for purchase from 26 October 2026 at 10:00 am to 31 October 2026 at 11:59 pm (Malaysia time, GMT+8).

Each customer may purchase one (1) Pass only.

Customers must be logged in to their GAIAS account to purchase the Pass. Guest checkout is not available for Pass purchases.
2. Benefits

Pass holders enjoy 25% off one (1) order on either of the following dates (Malaysia time, GMT+8):

1 November 2026, from 12:00 am to 11:59 pm.

11 November 2026, from 12:00 am to 11:59 pm.

The discount is limited to one (1) order per registered email address and may be redeemed on either date, but not both.

There is no maximum order value or discount cap.

On all other dates, only the regular anniversary offer applies.
3. How to Redeem

Log in to the same GAIAS account used to purchase the Pass.

Enter your Early Bird code at checkout. The code will be sent to your registered email address after purchase.

The code is linked to your account and cannot be used with any other account.

[In-store redemption: Pass holders may also redeem the discount at GAIAS retail stores on the eligible dates by providing their registered email address or phone number at checkout.]
4. Combining Offers

The 25% Pass discount cannot be combined with the regular anniversary tiered discount (Buy 1: 15% off / Buy 2: 18% off / Buy 3: 20% off). Whichever discount offers greater savings will apply.

The Pass discount cannot be combined with any other discount codes, vouchers or promotions unless otherwise stated.
5. Exclusions
The 25% discount does not apply to:
- Clearance, Final Sales and Reject Stock items
- Gift cards
- Embroidery, customisation and personalisation fees
- Free gift items
6. Refunds and Validity
- The Pass is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The Pass is valid only on the dates stated above. Any unused Pass benefit will expire after 11 November 2026, 11:59 pm, and no refund or compensation will be given.
